With the support of parents and school personnel, our children can shine at CMS.  The Parent/Teacher partnership at our school is second to none, and your membership dollars enable us to provide our children with many exciting enrichment opportunities.  Last year the PTA sponsored cultural arts programs, community service activities, 6th grade outdoor education, school-wide drama, music and intramural programs, 8th grade farewell and family fun nights.  We also provide thank-you lunches to our outstanding teachers and staff throughout the year.

     Please note that the PTA Membership Campaign and the Fall Magazine Drive are the major fundraisers held to support these various programs. Therefore, your participation is invaluable to our school.

     Please complete the membership form below, enclosing $20.00 per family ($10.00 for single parent families).  List each student's name, grade, and homeroom (Alpha) teacher on the form.  Checks should be made payable to "CMS PTA" and returned in an envelope to your child's Alpha teacher.  If you would like a PTA Membership card, place an * next to your name and it will be sent home to you.
