Blood Drive:
Help to plan and help out Red Cross on day of
blood drive
Book Fair: Tally orders and provide clerical help (spring)
Career Day Host or Speaker: Speak to students about a profession or
area of expertise, escort speakers
Contribute Baked Goods or Food: Various times throughout the year
Family Night Social Committee: Help organize, set up, clean up and chaperone social events at school
Food on the 15th (Community Service): Collect and distribute donations the middle of each month (ongoing)
Hospitality Committee: Help plan, set up and
clean up staff breakfasts, luncheons, dinners and other events
Landscaping Committee:
Plant and maintain CMS landscape
Magazine Drive: Tally orders in school on Wednesday’s, distribute prizes during
lunch on Fridays (Sept-Oct)
Parent Seminars Committee: Identify speakers and help plan informational seminars for parents
Pie Day for the Staff: Contribute a pie or two for the staff (Nov)

participation in National PTA art program
Spring Family Dinner Committee: Help plan, organize, set up and clean up a dinner at school
Staff Appreciation Committee: Help plan staff appreciation week in May,
and other treats throughout the year
